Description
The State University of New York at Oneonta is seeking qualifications from architecture design teams or firms for a three-year backdrop term agreement. Typical assignments may include minor interior renovations, building-envelope investigation and remediation, ADA accessibility projects, elevator upgrades, program studies, programming, cost analysis, schematic design, construction documents, specifications, bidding support, and construction-phase administration. The maximum cumulative consultant-fee value for each agreement is $3,500,000, with a $500,000 maximum consultant fee for any single project. Four consultants will be selected. Qualifications will be evaluated based on personnel qualifications and experience, relevant project experience from the past five years, project approach and capability, MWBE utilization, and references. No cost proposal is due with the qualifications submission; fees will be negotiated after selection. Required submission materials include a signed PDF qualifications package, cover page, one-page cover letter, firm and design-team qualifications, personnel qualifications, project approach and capability, previous similar project experience with references, and specified consultant documentation forms.
