Description
The City of Washougal is requesting statements of qualifications from multidisciplinary consultant teams to provide landscape architecture, architecture, engineering, and related design services for the Washougal Veterans Memorial at Washougal Memorial Cemetery. The anticipated scope includes site validation, concept development, public and stakeholder engagement, design, cost estimating, preparation of public works bid documents, bidding assistance, construction support, and project closeout. The complete project budget is capped at $250,000, including design, construction, and other project costs. The selected consultant will be chosen based on qualifications under Chapter 39.80 RCW, followed by negotiation of scope and compensation with the highest-ranked firm. Respondents must not include fees, rates, or other cost information in the statement of qualifications.
