Description
The Town of West New York is soliciting proposals from architectural firms licensed in New Jersey to provide on-call architectural services for special projects assigned by the Town from January 1 through December 31, 2027. Services may include preliminary project evaluations, analysis of alternative design and construction approaches, preparation of drawings and specifications, construction-cost requirements, bidding-phase services, construction administration, attendance at Town meetings, and other architect-related matters. Individual project assignments may continue for the duration of the project. Respondents must demonstrate significant experience serving New Jersey municipalities and provide firm and staff qualifications, public-entity experience, at least four references, examples of successful public-entity work, staffing and availability information, hourly rates, construction-cost percentage rates, reimbursable expenses, and any proposed not-to-exceed amounts. The submission also requires New Jersey compliance and disclosure forms, including ownership disclosure, non-collusion, affirmative-action, equal-employment-opportunity, Americans with Disabilities Act, minority/woman business enterprise, Iran investment activities, and Russia/Belarus prohibited-activities certifications.
