Description
The University of Wisconsin-Madison is soliciting bids for four high-speed cameras for three-dimensional particle tracking. Mandatory minimum specifications include a backside-illuminated CMOS sensor with at least eight megapixels and 12-bit depth, maximum pixel size of 5 microns by 5 microns, read noise below 10e-, acquisition frequency exceeding 1 kHz at full resolution and 50 kHz at reduced resolution, an F-mount or adapter, and at least 28 GB of RAM. Used, rebuilt, reconditioned, refurbished, remanufactured, and demonstrator equipment will not be accepted. The bidder must identify the manufacturer and catalog, model, or stock number; provide detailed specifications, warranty and service-level information, delivery time after receipt of order, applicable NRTL certifications, and information about maintenance or repair capabilities. The purchase includes four cameras, shipping and handling on an FOB destination basis, and any applicable tariffs or tariff surcharges; no installation is required. The University may award by line item or lot to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder and does not guarantee a specific purchase quantity or dollar amount.
