Description
Rhino Foods, a family-owned frozen cookie dough manufacturer, is seeking one or more providers to deliver English as a Second Language instruction for a multilingual workforce. Services are primarily intended for second- and third-shift employees, with additional options for first-shift beginners, new-hire onboarding, and a work-ready lab focused on standard operating procedures, safety, food safety, product quality, defect reporting, machine malfunctions, and production-status communication. Bidders must propose at least two and no more than three distinct service-and-price packages. Each package must include pricing, delivery modality, staffing and evening-coverage plans, instructor-absence contingencies, expected learning outcomes, and breakdowns for instruction, preparation, travel, materials, and platform fees. The provider must use CEFR- or CASAS-aligned pre- and post-assessments, update Rhino Foods' attendance and progress log after every class, and provide midterm and end-of-term reporting. The submission must also address implementation, instructor certifications, relevant experience and references, assessment and reporting, and optional mentor training.
