Osawatomie State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide treatment and consultation services for residents of its Sexual Predator Treatment Program placed at MiCo House. Required services include sex-offender individual and group therapy, situational counseling, marital and substance-abuse treatment as appropriate, assistance with Conditional Release Treatment Plans, psychological testing, risk assessments, quarterly reviews, relapse-prevention planning, clinical documentation, and review of electronic medical records. The contractor must also consult and train MiCo House staff, collaborate with clinical and direct-care personnel, participate in Progress Review Panel meetings and conference calls, provide clinical testimony regarding residents' dangerousness and treatment progress, prepare quarterly reports, and comply with applicable hospital, licensing, credentialing, quality-management, risk-management, and healthcare standards. Counselors must be members of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers. The contract runs from award through June 30, 2031, with pricing submitted for five contract years and a 5% increase for Years 2 through 5.
