Description
Olathe Public Schools is soliciting bids for two temporary, modular ADA-compliant ramp systems suitable for repeated assembly, disassembly, storage, and outdoor use during District commencement ceremonies. Each complete system must accommodate a 30-inch vertical elevation while maintaining a maximum 1:12 running slope and 1:48 cross slope, with approximately 37 feet of total ramp length or an equivalent modular configuration. The systems should use aluminum or equivalent corrosion-resistant construction, provide a stable and slip-resistant walking surface, have a clear usable width of 48 to 52 inches, support at least 100 pounds per square foot, and include compliant handrails, edge protection, and level landings. Products must be new, complete, and compliant with applicable accessibility, safety, and building-code requirements. Bidders must provide estimated delivery lead time and price shipping and handling. Alternate products require prior written District approval and supporting manufacturer, model, specification, and product documentation.
