Description
The National Veterinary Stockpile seeks to purchase up to 10 commercial off-the-shelf portable automatic vehicle wash station systems under a firm-fixed-price contract. Each system must be fully portable, transportable in a contained trailer, operable on unimproved surfaces and in extreme weather, and capable of cleaning and disinfecting vehicle exteriors ranging from passenger cars to 53-foot semitrucks and trailers. Required capabilities include cleaning vehicle tops, undercarriages, tires, wheel wells, and sides; applying detergent and disinfectant; minimizing water use; collecting wastewater; supporting continuous operation; and processing each vehicle within 30 minutes. The contractor must deliver, off-load, and set up each unit; conduct first-article testing and approval; provide on-site training, training aids, technical manuals, repair-parts and special-tools information, a training video or thumb drive, and a one-year replacement warranty. Delivery is to begin within 60 days of award and be completed within 180 days of award, with the delivery location to be provided later. A formal demonstration may be requested at no cost to the Government. Quotations must include pricing for all Schedule of Items line items and explain the offeror’s ability to meet the required schedule and any requirements it cannot accomplish.
