Description
The City of Olathe is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services at various City-owned and operated facilities. Respondents must submit pricing for two alternatives: Scope 1, in which the contractor performs specified services while City staff retain responsibility for designated services, and Scope 2, in which the contractor assumes responsibility for all identified janitorial and custodial services. The scope includes regularly scheduled cleaning as well as additional services for meeting, event, and public-use spaces. Potential additional work includes event setup and cleanup, space take-down and restoration, day porter services, on-demand flooring services, and other services identified in the solicitation. The contractor must provide the required service approach and pricing for both scopes.
