Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for renewal of seven eLearning Brothers Authoring Suite-Gold annual subscriptions for the National Weather Service Leadership Academy. The subscription provides access to photos, illustrations, templates, pre-made interactions, and related assets used with HTML5-based scripts, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, and other eLearning development software. The requirement is a 100% small-business set-aside and is limited to offerors that provide proof of being an eLearning Brothers approved authorized reseller. The contract includes a base year and two option years, with low price technically acceptable evaluation. Price must include shipping and be calculated across the base and option years.
