Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority is soliciting bids for the as-needed supply and delivery of specified PPG vehicle paint and related products supporting routine maintenance, refinishing, and repair of its transit fleet. The required items include Delfleet and Omni paints, hardeners, binders, solvents, thinners, additives, clearcoat, epoxy primers, surfacers, and pigmented sealers. Products must be new, furnished as specified, packaged to prevent shipping or storage damage, and compliant with OEM specifications; substitutions with non-approved products are not permitted. This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with estimated quantities over two years. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the e-Procurement Portal, including the completed bid pricing form, vendor questionnaire responses, applicable certification forms, insurance certificates, a detailed cost breakdown, and required acknowledgments and affidavits. Award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive offer, with pricing valid for at least 120 days.
