Request For Proposals (RFPs) Maricopa County, AZ is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide: • Paint and Paint Supplies RFP #260121 In order to be considered, the Offeror must complete and submit a proposal to Maricopa County, AZ in accordance with the solicitation documentation available at www.bidnetdirect.com or from the Procurement Services office. Description
Maricopa County is seeking qualified suppliers for a comprehensive five-year master agreement covering interior and exterior paint, primers, stains, sealers, specialty coatings, aerosols, traffic paint, floor coatings, and related painting supplies and equipment. The solicitation includes economy, medium, premium, and specialty product groups, as well as brushes, rollers, frames, trays, aerosol paint, spray equipment, and other related items. Products must meet specified technical criteria, including limits for VOC content, drying and recoating times, opacity, coverage, viscosity, shelf life, and acrylic composition. Respondents must provide composition data and manufacturer product information, support computer-driven custom color matching, maintain adequate local stock, and meet delivery and labeling requirements. The resulting contract is intended to serve Maricopa County and participating public agencies nationwide through OMNIA Partners. The County may make multiple or partial awards, and no minimum or maximum purchase volume is guaranteed. The agreement has a five-year initial term with an option to renew for up to five additional years. Proposals are limited to 15 pages using 10-point font, and required response materials include a proposal, qualifications, exceptions, vendor and agreement forms, references, pricing, composition criteria, retail and warehouse locations, the OMNIA Partners response, and the Facilities Management Requirements response.
