Description
The School District of Springfield R-12 is soliciting competitive bids for an annual, one-year supply contract covering approximately 224 art and craft product lines. Items include paints, watercolor sets and refills, brushes, crayons, markers, colored and watercolor pencils, pastels, paper and poster board, clay, glue, glitter, yarn, printing ink, scissors, pottery tools, and other classroom art materials. Quantities are estimates for purchases throughout the contract period, with orders placed as needed; the district will award by line, group, all, or none and may increase or decrease quantities. Line items 2–59 permit equivalent alternates subject to district approval, while line items 60–224 require the specified items and do not accept alternates. All Crayola brands must be bid as specified. The contract requires fixed pricing, includes freight and handling, and requires delivery no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of a properly executed order. Bidders must complete the district-provided Substitute W-9 Plus form and respond to required online attributes, including acknowledgments, deviations or exceptions, company information, delivery capability, and compliance certifications.
