Description
The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board is soliciting qualified contractors to provide exterior and interior painting services throughout Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport as requested and authorized by the Airport’s Energy, Transportation, and Asset Management Department. The scope falls within painting and wall-covering, finish carpentry, and other building-finishing services. The contract has a five-year period with options to renew. A 10% Small Business Enterprise goal applies, and SBE+ certification is required to meet the goal. Required submission materials include the pricing form, Information Questionnaire, W-9, Business Disclosure Form, Endorsement Form, SBE commitment and subcontractor forms, applicable SBE+ certificates, final subcontractor schedule, insurance affidavit, and workers’ compensation hold-harmless and indemnification agreement.
