Description
The Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting proposals from vendors able to provide a broad range of art equipment and supplies, including brushes, canvas boards, chalk, clay, ink, erasers, easels, oil paints, pastels, tempera paints, acrylic paints, art paper, pencils, watercolors, and craft supplies. Vendors may offer related services incidental to the sale of goods, such as installation or setup, but the solicitation does not request public works or construction services. Proposals must offer a minimum percentage discount from the vendor’s standard catalog or shelf prices and must explain pricing, delivery, freight, and any related service charges. The cooperative may award one or more contracts, with no guaranteed purchase volume; member organizations will purchase products as needed. The required submission includes the completed Vendor Packet and applicable proposal information, submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal. A $200 administrative fee is required for each proposal, payable by PayPal or check.
