Description
Tolleson Union High School District #214, acting as lead district for the Strategic Alliance for Volume Expenditures (S.A.V.E.) cooperative, is soliciting retail sources for a broad range of art supplies and related materials. Requested categories include paints, sewing supplies, paint brushes, school craft supplies, colored pencils and markers, glue and epoxy, art clothing, baking supplies, paper products, canvas, chalk, craft materials, and related items. The market basket includes representative products such as acrylic paint, sewing needles, glitter, brush sets, construction paper, watercolor markers, colored pencils, plaster, scissors, poster board, canvas, T-shirts, epoxy, baking cups, cookie sheets, food coloring, cardstock, pipe cleaners, felt, and craft sticks. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis, and the contract is not limited to the market-basket items. Bidders must provide market-basket pricing, catalog discounts, product literature, qualifications and experience, customer-service information, references, and the required compliance forms. The anticipated initial contract term is December 7, 2026, through June 30, 2028, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms. No minimum purchase volume is guaranteed; the solicitation identifies anticipated annual usage of $1,080,000 across interested participating districts. A successful bidder must maintain local field representation, provide delivery, and maintain specified insurance coverage.
