Notice to Bidders In accordance with Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, the Board of Cooperative Educational Services for the Sole Supervisory District of Broome, Delaware, and Tioga Counties, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following proposal: Automotive Paint and Supplies Bid IP-18-E-27 Submit Electronic Responses via the Broome-Tioga BOCES eProcurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/btboces Sealed bids will be received for PROJECT through the Broome-Tioga BOCES eProcurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/btboces until September 21, 2026at 10:00am, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud over Teams. Specifications, instructions to bidders, and bid forms must be obtained by clicking “Follow” on this project through the Broome-Tioga BOCES eProcurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/btboces The award will be made at a regular meeting of the BOCES board within 45 days of Proposal opening. Description

Broome-Tioga BOCES is soliciting sealed bids for a variety of automotive paint and related supplies for associated student programs and educational training. Used or remanufactured equipment will not be considered. Products must meet applicable New York, federal, and local environmental, air-quality, labeling, packaging, transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements, including applicable requirements of NYSDEC, OSHA, and the EPA. Products must be appropriate for student and instructor use, include applicable manufacturer warranties, and have at least 12 months or 75% of the manufacturer’s stated shelf life remaining upon delivery, whichever is longer. Vendors must provide safety and compliance documentation upon request and ensure compatibility with existing paint-mixing, spray-application, curing, ventilation, and related equipment. The resulting contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity arrangement for an initial one-year term, with four additional one-year extensions available by mutual agreement. Award may be made by item, group, or total to the lowest responsive and responsible qualified bidder.
