Description
Dallas College is seeking qualified suppliers to provide automotive paint, primers, coatings, refinishing products, body shop repair supplies, tools, and small equipment for instructional programs on an as-needed basis. The scope includes items such as solvents, dent pullers, fasteners, glazing putty, plastic and body filler, preparation and cleaning supplies, air-tool accessories, hand tools, and related automotive repair and finishing products. Large painting equipment and air compressors are excluded. Bidders must complete the provided Excel Cost Sheet by entering percentage discounts for listed brands and product categories; the discounts must also apply to other stocked products within the solicitation scope. Products must be new, unused, commercially available, and suitable for automotive repair or refinishing. The supplier must maintain an established business location within Dallas County. The resulting supplier pool has a one-year initial term with four optional one-year renewals, for a maximum of five years, with no guaranteed minimum quantities or dollar amounts.
