Description
Front Range Community College (FRCC) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for architectural/engineering/consulting services to develop a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan (FMP) for its Larimer and Westminster campuses. The plan must adhere to Colorado Commission on Higher Education (CCHE) and Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE) guidelines, and be cohesive with the recently completed Boulder County Campus Master Plan. The scope includes assessing existing conditions, projecting future needs, analyzing space utilization, facility condition index, and ADA accessibility, and providing recommendations for capital projects, cost estimates, and implementation strategies. The selected firm must have experience completing master plans for colleges of similar size with multiple locations, be licensed to practice architecture in Colorado, and have operated from a Colorado address for at least five years. The project is anticipated to be finalized by Summer 2027.
