Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, is seeking qualified contractors to install a pad-mounted diesel emergency generator at the Fort Collins Readiness Center located at 3324 LaPorte Ave, Fort Collins, Colorado. The project includes providing and installing a diesel-powered generator with a fuel storage tank, automatic transfer switch, and surge protection to support the facility's electrical load during power outages. The building will remain operational during construction, which must be conducted Tuesday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The contractor will provide full construction contracting services, including coordination with building leadership, and must include costs for required payment and performance bonds. The estimated construction cost is $300,000.
