Description
Front Range Community College (FRCC) is soliciting qualifications for third-party commissioning services for the new Longmont Urban Innovation Campus in Longmont, Colorado. The project encompasses approximately 128,000 gross square feet across a five-story academic building and a separate advanced manufacturing and applied technology building. The campus will support five primary pathways: Health Sciences and Wellness, STEM, Advanced Manufacturing and Emerging Technologies, Business and Entrepreneurship, and Arts, Media, and Creative Industries. The commissioning agent will be involved in design review and planning, construction phase verification, testing and performance validation, and final commissioning and acceptance. The contract will follow the State of Colorado's standard Architect/Engineer/Consultant Agreement.
