The Federal Emergency Management Agency is conducting market research regarding emergency medical membership access, medical evacuation, and related transportation services for FEMA Region IX. The agency seeks information from qualified sources about commercial practices, available service models, geographic coverage, rapid-response capabilities, pricing methodologies, subcontracting arrangements, and suitable acquisition structures. Responses may be used to refine the requirement and future acquisition strategy. This is a request for information and does not constitute a solicitation for contract award.
