Description
The U.S. Army's 1st Infantry Division Holistic Health and Fitness Team is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, one-lot purchase of office furniture and equipment. Requested items include desks, chairs, conference and training tables, filing cabinets, bookcases, privacy screens, acoustic panels, sit-stand desks, curtains, dry-erase boards, easels, a laminator, label maker and tapes, a projector and screens, monitors and televisions, dual monitor mounts, headphones, printer ink and drums, and lithium batteries. Detailed quantities and specifications are provided in the attached technical specification spreadsheet. The contractor must provide and deliver the items to Fort Riley. Offers must include completed pricing and item responses using the attached Excel technical specification. Delivery is required on or before December 31, 2026. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS 337211, Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing.
