Description
Kansas State University is soliciting quotations for a single-contract, whole-project construction effort to convert an area on the east side of the third floor of Hale Library into a Next-Gen classroom. The scope includes enclosing the existing space, installing new classroom technology and environmental controls, and providing adaptable furnishings and equipment, with the Project Manual and Drawings governing the complete requirements. The opportunity is limited to contractors currently holding a Kansas State University On-Call General Construction contract. Performance and public works bonds are required. This is a re-solicitation of canceled RFQ KSU27107, with no changes to the Project Manual or Project Drawings.
