Description
The City of Junction City is requesting proposals and quotations from qualified audiovisual vendors for a complete turnkey rear projection system for its Municipal Gymnasium. The scope includes design and site verification; procurement and delivery of a minimum 382-inch diagonal, 16:9 rear-projection screen; a commercial large-venue laser projector; a compatible lens; protective mounting, rack, cage, or enclosure; signal cabling and infrastructure; integration with the existing gymnasium audio system; user controls; configuration; testing; documentation; staff training; and warranty and support. The proposed system must operate within approximately 27 feet of available stage depth, support rear-projection image orientation, and include a WUXGA-or-better projector with a preferred minimum brightness of 13,000 lumens. Proposals must include technical specifications, lens throw calculations, mounting and protection methods, audio and signal-path details, electrical and network requirements, assumptions and exclusions, itemized pricing, warranty and support information, and at least three references for similar audiovisual installations. Optional pricing is requested for higher brightness, 4K, motorized or fixed-frame screens, portable screens, enhanced controls, additional inputs, audio improvements, and extended warranty or maintenance.
