Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to A-Tune Software Inc. for the A-Tune Animal Management System. The commercial off-the-shelf system will support research-animal management and Institutional Biosafety Committee and IACUC activities, including protocol workflows, animal and cage tracking, veterinary care records, compliance reporting, audit trails, committee meeting management, electronic forms and signatures, data imports and exports, integrations, role-based access, and secure web-based deployment in the Azure Government cloud environment. The system must support applicable regulatory, security, accessibility, and confidentiality requirements. The scope includes current and future licensing, implementation, configuration, user acceptance testing, training and training materials, compliance-validation documentation, and four weeks of post-go-live production support. The statement of work specifies a 12-month base period plus two 12-month option periods. The notice is not a competitive solicitation, but responsible sources may submit a quotation or capability statement for consideration regarding whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
