Description
The City of Junction City, Kansas is soliciting bids for the demolition of all structures located at 338 W 15th St. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, barricades, and services necessary for the safe demolition of all buildings on the site, complete removal of all debris including trash, brush, limbs, and scrub trees under 6 inches in diameter, and backfilling and grading the lot to be level with adjoining grades. The contractor must obtain all necessary permits, secure the structures until demolition begins, and complete the demolition within 60 days of award. The successful bidder will have salvage rights to the structure and its contents. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the site. Bids are due by September 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
