Description
The City of Marysville is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed professional engineering firms with expertise in pavement assessment and pavement management. The selected firm will perform a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) analysis to inventory and assess the condition of all City-maintained roadways, curbs, and gutters, covering approximately 67 lane miles. The results must be provided in both PDF and GIS-based formats that can be integrated into the City's GIS software. Additionally, the firm will develop a Pavement Management Plan that prioritizes road maintenance and reconstruction projects over the next 20 years, considering available budget scenarios and applicable grants. The project is scheduled to begin in late September 2026, with data gathering in November, analysis in December, and finalization of the plan by early 2027.
