Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for commercial audio-visual equipment and installation at Kapaun and St. Mary's Chapels, with relocation of a government-owned Yamaha TF3 mixer to Morris Hill Chapel. The contractor must furnish and integrate Yamaha TF1 digital mixing consoles and a Yamaha Tio1608-D digital stage box, plus amplifiers, passive floor monitors, wireless and wired microphones, power management equipment, a 9,000-ANSI-lumen laser projector, 4K signal-extension equipment, a motorized tab-tensioned projection screen, an equipment desk, and new plenum-rated structured cabling. Yamaha mixing consoles and digital snakes are brand-name requirements; other equipment categories may be proposed on an "or equal" basis. The work includes de-installation and relocation of government-furnished equipment, acoustic and video calibration, historic-preservation-compliant installation methods at St. Mary's Chapel, as-built line diagrams, equipment manuals and warranty information, editable programming and configuration files with administrative passwords, and at least four hours of on-site user training. Offers must include the offeror's FAR and DFARS report from SAM.gov and a signed copy of SF 30 amendment 0001. All work must be completed on or before December 30, 2026.
