Description
The U.S. Army Fort Riley requirement covers comprehensive logistics support across maintenance, supply, and transportation functional areas. Maintenance work includes field and limited sustainment-level maintenance, technical inspections, equipment repair and servicing, tire and wheel work, glass replacement, welding, machining, painting, body repair, carpentry, food service equipment maintenance, repair-parts management, and production control. Supply services include Central Issue Facility operations, subsistence supply management, property-book accountability, retail supply services, hazardous-material control, fuel operations, ammunition supply services, inventory management, packing and crating, and related documentation. Transportation services include personal-property processing, fleet management, shuttle-bus operations, freight and cargo movements, container-yard operations, and rail operations. The acquisition is limited to EAGLE Basic Ordering Agreement holders that can certify participation in the Small Business Administration program under NAICS 561210. The anticipated task order combines cost-plus-fixed-fee services with firm-fixed-price transition-in and program-management CLINs, includes a 60-day transition-in period, four one-year option periods, and a six-month option under FAR 52.217-8. The solicitation requires detailed staffing, management, safety, mission-essential-services, accounting-system, cost/price, eCRAFT, past-performance, and security-clearance submissions. Offerors and applicable subcontractors must possess the required Secret facility clearances, and the work includes mission-essential functions and hazardous-material and ammunition-related operations.
