Description
The U.S. Army requires comprehensive logistics support at Fort Riley, Kansas, covering maintenance, supply, and transportation functions. The scope includes equipment maintenance and repair, technical inspections, parts management, Central Issue Facility and property-book operations, hazardous-material and fuel operations, ammunition supply services, inventory management, packing and crating, personal-property processing, fleet management, shuttle and freight operations, container-yard operations, rail operations, and related program-management support. This competitive task-order RFP is limited to EAGLE Basic Ordering Agreement holders that can certify small-business status under NAICS 561210. The anticipated contract combines cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price transition-in and program-management, and cost-reimbursement line items, with a 12-month base period, four one-year options, and a six-month option period. The solicitation requires staffing and management, safety and ammunition-experience, mission-essential-services, accounting and business-systems, cost/price, labor-rate, indirect-rate, and past-performance submissions. Offerors and applicable subcontractors must possess the required Secret facility clearances, and the solicitation identifies FITT Scientific, LLC under contract W52P1J-18-G-0041, delivery order W52P1J-22-F-0014, as the incumbent.
