Description
The project involves constructing two 1,600-square-foot sludge-drying reed bed facilities, including associated piping and valving, adjacent to the wastewater treatment facility. Bidders must submit a qualifications statement for the prime contractor and all subcontractors, and must include bid security equal to 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates and the Steel Products Procurement Act apply.
