Description
The Green Lane Marlborough Joint Authority is soliciting bids for Contract No. 1, a unit-price sanitary sewer rehabilitation project. The work includes cured-in-place lining of existing 8-inch and 12-inch gravity sanitary sewers, cleaning and television inspection, gravity lateral connection repairs and liners, abandoned lateral closures, spot repairs, traffic control, bypass pumping, restoration, and related ancillary work. An alternate provides for fiberglass cured-in-place lining of the 8-inch and 12-inch pipe. The contractor must provide pre- and post-rehabilitation CCTV inspections, PACP-certified inspection personnel, digital videos and reports, work-area documentation, traffic control, public notifications, and required submittals. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage, public-works employment-verification, labor and workforce-safety, nondiscrimination, grant, and American iron and steel requirements. A 10 percent bid security is required; the successful bidder must provide performance, labor and material payment, maintenance bonds, and specified insurance.
