Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking capable businesses through a Sources Sought notice for five new biomedical testing instruments: one ECG analyzer, one radiation-light field analyzer, one electrosurgery analyzer, one defibrillator analyzer and AED tester, and one digital multimeter. The equipment must meet the detailed technical requirements in the Statement of Requirement, including portability, measurement accuracy, battery operation where specified, data connectivity, and suitability for clinical and biomedical environments. The equipment must be the current model of a standard manufacturer product and comply with the Electronic Health Record Modernization Standardization Memorandum dated March 6, 2025. The contractor must provide a manufacturer's two-year free replacement warranty, including return shipping, for normal wear and tear. Delivery is required 60 days after receipt of order, with packing slips containing a line-by-line inventory and serial numbers. Sources Sought respondents must provide company information, a capability statement, relevant references with contract numbers, product brochures and specifications, an authorized OEM service-provider letter, and the country of manufacture for each item.
