Description
Boone County is soliciting a subscription-based network monitoring and patch management software solution for its Information Technology infrastructure. The solution is expected to support approximately 814 endpoints and 329 network devices, including switches, firewalls, and access points. The County's internal IT Department will handle day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance after initial deployment; vendor-managed services are not required beyond initial setup, training, documentation, and standard technical support. The contract has an initial one-year term with four additional one-year renewal options. Vendors must provide detailed pricing by module and support tier, a complete response addressing the requested services and capabilities, experience and reliability information, prior experience references, work authorization documentation, required certifications, and signed acknowledgment of Addendum 1.
