Description
This solicitation is for HVAC upgrades at Columbia Schools, specifically Mechanical Set 3 of 3. The scope includes the installation and integration of air handling units (AHU-1) and VAV terminal units with a building automation system (BAS). The controls contractor is responsible for providing all necessary points to control the equipment per the sequence of operation, including analog and binary inputs/outputs, software points, and network communication. The sequence of operation covers occupied and unoccupied modes, optimal start/stop, economizer mode, demand control ventilation, discharge air temperature reset, supply fan control, building pressure control, mixed air low limit, freeze protection, condensate overflow monitoring, filter status, and smoke detector shutdown. The VAV terminal units will maintain space temperature setpoints and include proportional hot water reheat and demand control ventilation.
