Description
The City of Santa Monica is establishing an as-needed vendor pool for communications consulting services through a five-year, firm-fixed contract. Respondents may propose for either the Creative Services and Multimedia Production track or the Earned Media, Public Relations, and Strategic Communications track, but only one track may be included per submission. The arrangement is non-exclusive, does not guarantee work, and individual engagements will be issued on a per-project basis. Track 1 includes creative strategy, branding, photography, videography, motion graphics, graphic design, digital and social media assets, illustration, data visualization, copywriting, multilingual adaptation, presentations, content planning, and multimedia production. Track 2 includes audience and narrative strategy, media relations, press releases, media outreach, writing, spokesperson and executive preparation, crisis communications, community engagement, multilingual media relations, media monitoring, and performance reporting. Respondents must demonstrate at least five years of relevant professional experience and provide at least three comparable references from the last five years. The proposal must include qualifications, key personnel and resumes, subcontractor disclosure, references, a track-specific work plan, portfolio, AI-use disclosure, and a cost proposal with rate information, along with the required City forms and certifications.
