Description
Escambia County’s Community Redevelopment Agency is seeking a quote for hazardous tree removal at 2802 Matthew Lane, including removal of large limbs and trunks, hauling, and pruning to current International Society of Arboriculture standards. The contractor must have experience removing large trees and portions of trees and must provide a list of company-owned tree-removal and hauling equipment and vehicles, local reference work, and photos of completed work. The quote must include the completed bid form and pricing, proof of Sunbiz registration, a W-9, and insurance documentation. Required insurance includes workers’ compensation with $1 million each accident, $1 million each employee, and $1 million policy limit; general liability with $1 million per occurrence and $2 million annual aggregate; and auto liability with $1 million per occurrence. Escambia County must be listed as an additional insured for general and auto liability coverage.
