The City of Detroit, through its Office of Contracting and Procurement, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQQ) for Security Guard Services under the Detroit Supply Schedule (DSS) Schedule 3. This is an open solicitation with no closing date for initial proposals; offers may be submitted at any time up until 12 months prior to expiration of the period of performance. The contract period is 5 years from award with a possible 5-year option. Services include uniformed armed and unarmed security personnel for City of Detroit facilities. The maximum order limitation is $20,745,185.30 over 5 years. The solicitation is set aside for certified Detroit businesses. Quarterly pre-bid and response deadlines are provided for Q2, Q3, and Q4 of 2025.
