Description
The City of Detroit, through its Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the Office of Mobility Innovation and Department of Transportation, is seeking a qualified provider for Accessibili-D 2.0, a phased accessible mobility service. The selected vendor will launch an interim manually operated service, transition to a hybrid model combining manual and SAE Level 3 autonomous vehicle operations, and scale toward majority autonomous service over the contract term. The submission requires a respondent questionnaire, technical proposal and respondent details, price sheet, total cost, required forms and certifications, and MDOT Form 3170 for professional services exceeding $350,000. An exceptions document for the sample service model contract may be submitted optionally.
