Description
Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation is requesting a contractor to remove existing natural-draft hot water tanks, dispose of or store them at the corporation’s discretion, and install specified tankless water heaters or power-vented hot water tanks. The work will involve indoor basement installations in 50 housing units at the corporation’s developments.
