Description
The Wayne County Airport Authority is soliciting bids from a Wayne County Airport Authority Certified Small Business Enterprise for as-needed mobile detailing services for approximately 220 vehicles and pieces of equipment, including cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, vans, police vehicles, dump trucks, snowplows, tractors, and other heavy-duty equipment. Services include interior vacuuming and cleaning, stain removal, dashboard and surface cleaning, exterior washing, window cleaning, tire and rim washing, drying, and optional shampooing, waxing, or polishing. Work must be performed on site at designated Airport Authority facilities during specified weekday shifts. The bidder must demonstrate at least two years of relevant experience and at least three mobile-detailing clients within the last five years. The contract is for three years with two optional one-year renewals. The successful contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies, may not act as a broker, and must maintain required insurance. One hundred percent of the bid amount must be assigned to and performed by a certified Airport Authority SBE.
