The City of Detroit is issuing an open Request for Qualifications (RFQQ) for the Detroit Supply Schedule #9 to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors for Architectural & Engineering services. Services include Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, Geological, and Environmental Engineering, as well as Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI), Design, Construction Management, and Program Management. The RFQQ is open until December 31, 2029, with quarterly pre-bid and response deadlines. Addendum No. 3 adds CEI services and sets a deadline of March 7, 2025, for the first round of projects. Firms must be pre-qualified and approved on the Supply Schedule to bid on specific projects.
