Description
The Southeastern New Mexico Economic Development District is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide educational programming and resources for youth development. The requested activities include youth leadership development, mentorship, personal safety education, teen pregnancy prevention, and empowerment activities serving Eddy and Lea Counties. Proposals may be submitted by mail, hand delivery, courier, or email. Email submissions must include all proposal contents in a single PDF attachment. The RFP is available from the issuing organization upon request.
