The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) Environmental Bureau is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide on-call National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Level Public Involvement Services. The contractor will assist the Environmental Bureau with public involvement activities required under NEPA for transportation projects. Proposals must be submitted electronically via Bid Express and are valid for 120 days.
