Description
The Mid-Region Council of Governments is soliciting proposals from nonprofits, individuals, and firms for professional services supporting three separately evaluated and potentially separately awarded program elements: business incubation, start-up, and entrepreneurial services in the Atrisco community of Bernalillo County; workforce and leadership development focused on training, mentoring, and retaining mental health providers in Bernalillo County; and community-based violence intervention and prevention across multiple counties using peer-led engagement, kinship networking, restorative healing practices, and coordinated family support. Offerors must submit a narrative addressing the applicable element, including the proposed program and services, experience and qualifications, project-team resources, organizational references, and financial stability. The solicitation identifies an appropriation of $180,000 for each element and uses a cost-reimbursement structure. The contract may run through June 30, 2028, with options for up to two additional years, not exceeding four years total. Required proposal materials include the proposal form, applicable certifications, references, financial statements or alternative financial-stability documentation, resumes, and the completed Pre-Award Form.
