Description
The City of Albuquerque is requesting bids to establish one or more price agreements for the as-needed furnishing, delivery, field measurement, installation, removal, disposal, repair, and replacement of window coverings and blinds at various City facilities. Products may include aluminum, faux wood, vertical, roller, solar, blackout, cellular or honeycomb, and motorized shades, as well as replacement parts and hardware. Products must be new, commercial-grade, properly sized, durable, and supplied with required hardware and standard manufacturer warranty coverage. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, verify field conditions before ordering or fabricating custom-sized products, perform professional installation and cleanup, remove and dispose of existing coverings when requested, and correct defective products, measurements, or installation at no additional cost. Bidders must provide unit pricing for products and related labor, submit required vendor contact information and a signed/completed Pay Equity Certification Form, and complete the electronic bid through the City's eProcurement system. The contract term is four years from award, with an option to renew for two additional years, for a maximum total term of six years.
