Description
The City of Fellsmere is soliciting sealed bids for furnishing all labor and materials required for the Fellsmere Community Center Renovation, Project No. 24.H.SC.100.024. Bidders must submit the provided Bid Proposal forms along with the required bid security equal to five percent of the bid, in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond. The solicitation includes instructions to bidders, plans, general conditions, specifications, and other bidding documents. A site visit may be scheduled by contacting the Public Works Director. The successful bidder must execute a contract within ten days after award and, upon award, provide performance and payment bonds and certificates of insurance.
