Description
Desert Sands Unified School District is soliciting sealed bids for demolition of existing marquees, erection of CFCI prefabricated marquees, and installation of one scoreboard at Palm Desert High School, Shadow Hills High School, Palm Desert Charter Middle School, Carrillo Ranch Elementary School, Earhart Elementary School, and Madison Elementary School. The work also includes compliance with the Division of the State Architect's inspection, laboratory testing, and project closeout protocols. Bidders must hold an active California B contractor's license and maintain registration as a public works contractor with the California Department of Industrial Relations throughout the contract term. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled at Palm Desert Charter Middle School.
