Description
The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation is soliciting sealed bids for the interior renovation of two rooms at its Central Support Complex. Work includes removing existing casework, VCT flooring, selected mechanical, electrical, fire suppression systems, and acoustic ceiling tiles; constructing new metal stud walls and doors; installing acoustical wall panels, suspended lighting pipe systems, suspended acoustical ceiling tile ceilings, new lighting fixtures, and power; and removing and reinstalling the fire suppression system. The contractor must also procure and install new mechanical and audiovisual equipment. The solicitation is identified as IFB-127774 and accepts paper responses only. The available package includes the working drawings and project manual, including instructions to bidders.
