Description
Decker Construction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and licensed contractors for Phase 1 of the Santa Fe College Building M Renovation and Print Shop Relocation project. The work includes interior renovation of existing classrooms M-170 and M-170A, plus an addition for new Classroom M-170B. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination required for a complete scope in accordance with the construction documents. Trade packages include demolition and concrete cutting, concrete, masonry, steel, casework, thermal/roofing/insulation, doors/windows/storefront, metal framing and gypsum wallboard, sealed concrete flooring and base, painting, roller shades, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, communications, and sitework. Contractors may submit separately identified and priced deductive alternates. Construction documents are available by contacting Ashlyn Conrad.
